Mobile Dental Clinics
Engineered for Clinical Workflow.
Odulair LLC designs and manufactures mobile dental clinics for FQHCs, universities, public health programs, and government agencies. Units are built from the chassis up with clinical workflow, infection control, and ADA access as primary constraints — not converted from other vehicle types.
Built for Clinical Use
Every Odulair clinic is engineered from the chassis up for dental workflow. Utility routing, weight distribution, and infection control layouts are integrated during initial design, eliminating the compromises common in converted vehicles.
Integrated Solana™ solar arrays deliver up to 8 hours of off-grid clinical operation. Units deploy to school lots, tribal lands, and rural sites without shore power or generator noise.
Powered ADA-compliant underchassis lift is standard. Wide doorways and accessible exam configurations meet ADA requirements without custom modifications.
Marine-grade aluminum cabinetry resists delamination and warping from vibration. Surfaces support infection control protocols and maintain integrity over repeated transport cycles.
Truck and van units deliver in 150-180 days from signed Sales Agreement. This timeline supports grant deadlines and urgent community health program launches.
Odulair LLC holds WOSB certification and SAM.gov registration under CAGE 6L2X9, qualifying for federal set-aside contracts with VA, HHS, HRSA, and DoD programs.
Manufacturing Process
Program requirements, state dental board regulations, and site conditions are reviewed. A preliminary clinical floor plan and project scope are provided at no charge to support board approvals or grant applications.
Final floor plans are approved and required permits are secured. Documentation packages are prepared for state dental board submissions and funding compliance.
The chassis is selected and the clinic body is constructed at the Tennessee facility. HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and the Solana™ solar array are installed and tested before equipment fit-out.
Dental chairs, autoclaves, digital x-ray systems, compressors, and vacuum units are installed and verified operational. No equipment ships untested.
The unit is delivered on-site. Operator training covers clinical systems, equipment use, and maintenance. Documentation includes warranty certificates, service manuals, and compliance letters.
